Shoreham is a busy Sussex town on the river Adur. It lays in a sort of triangle defined by the sea, the river and the South Downs [a rolling range of chalk hills]. Brighton is to the East and Worthing to the west.

Shoreham Baptist Church is in the center of Shoreham, also in a small triangle of land bounded by the railway immediately to the north, and Western Road to the south.
