Easter Services

We warmly welcome everyone to our times together this Easter - the celebration of the key event in this world’s history. The services are:
- Thursday 1st April 8pm - Maundy Thursday
- Friday 2nd April 10.30am - Good Friday. Then at 11.30am at St Mary de Haura for the Churches together service
- Sunday 4th April 10.30am Easter Sunday
Vivacious Conference

Ladies - if you are still wondering about going to the Vivacious conference in May [13th-15th], you can still get the early bird discount - the deadline has now been extended until Friday 25th March.
Its going to be held in City Coast Church in Hove this year, so no accommodation fees for us!
We highly recommend it - lots of us will be going!
Quiz Night in March

We are holding another quiz night on Saturday 20th March. This will start at 7.30pm and finish around 10pm.
You are asked for a contribution of £2.50 to cover refreshments and prizes.
The evening is open to everybody so do bring a friend or two.
Haiti Earthquake Aid

Just to let you know that we gave, as a church, just over £1690 to help the survivors of the Haiti earthquake in January.
This money will go to Tearfund who will use it for that specific purpose.

Are you thinking of going to New Wine this year?
Many of us will be returning [24-30 JULY 2010] to the event in Shepton Mallett in Somerset, having really enjoyed previous years events - in spite of the rain!
If you book by 31st March, then you will get reduced rates.
Open Doors invitation

On the second saturday of each month, we fling wide our doors and invite you to come in and enjoy our hospitality.
We serve good fresh food & drink:
- hot buttered toast & bacon rolls
- home made pastries & cakes
- tea, coffee or fruit juice
This is an open invitation to all the people of Shoreham.
We won’t impose ourselves on anyone but we are able to offer a listening ear, friendship, support or prayer where this is wanted or requested.
