9: Reading John’s Gospel in a morning

Published on Wed 31st Jan 2018

Book of Kells - John's Gospel

Come and listen to a reading of the entire gospel of John in a single morning. We read through Mark just over a year ago and it was gripping! As then, different people have had a chapter given to them at the start of the year and have been reading it silently each day - where possible of course.  These readers will then bring all that they have heard and understood in that time to inform their reading out aloud to the rest of us.

Saturday 3rd February - just before the start of the Easter season.

- Doors open at 9.15am
- Reading starts at 9.30am
- Anticipated duration about three hours
- There will be a minute or so between each of the twenty one chapters and a longer break of about 10 minutes after chapter ten.

Come when you want and stay for as long as you want.

BYOC - bring you own coffee!
