Saturday 9th Dec: 10am to 12.30pm.  The hunt will occur in Shoreham town center, in East Street & St Mary’s church yard; in, with and around the Christmas Farmers’ Market.

There will be prizes for all who complete the treasure hunt + a grand prize of a £25 ‘Toast by the Coast’ voucher - winner to be drawn at the end of the morning from all who enter the treasure hunt.

There will also be a real live donkey – kindly ‘stabled’ by our friends at St Mary’s – in the fresh air right by the church door.

An entry form with full instructions can be obtained, on the day, from:
- Shoreham Baptist Church
- people round the market carrying bunches of balloons
- six groups of people dressed as characters from the Nativity [shepherds, wise men etc]

You have to get your form stamped six times.  To get the form stamped, you must give the correct pass-phrase to all of these groups of characters.  The form has all six pass-phrases, and hints on which group to ask, so it is easy peasy, but good fun .

Once you have collected all six stamps, head back to Shoreham Baptist Church in Western Road, just north of the community centre. You will be greeted by ‘Mary and Joseph’, along with free hot drinks and mince pies.

Every child with a completed form will get some golden treasure [totally edible] on the spot, and also be entered for the grand draw – the winner will be drawn at the end of the event!

While you take the weight off your feet and sip your warm drink, there will be free fun craft activities for the children to do and take home
