Extra notes

Ages: We accept children between 2 1/4 to 5 years old.

OFSTED: We are registered by OFSTED under the Childrens Act 1989 and are inspected by them both for the welfare and education of the children in our care. We receive Government funding which entitles your child to a free place [dependent on the date of birth], when they are three years old - 2 year old funding maybe available if certain criteria is met.  We follow guidelines for children’s learning given by the DfEE for curriculum planning.

Our aims

We have four main aims:

  • To provide a fun, safe and caring environment where staff practice Christian values
  • To acknowledge and value each child individual stage of development, ability, culture, religion and family background and respect each child for who they are.
  • To provide a well balanced curriculum following the Early Learning Goals ad defined by the DfEE and to help each child reach their full potential, learning at their own pace.
  • To make parents and carers feel welcome in the group
