Gardening Group
We believe that christians are called to use their skills to be a blessing for those in the community, as well as in the church family. The gardening group is one expression of that.
Once a month in the gardening season, about 10-16 adults & teens from the church met and split into two groups. Each group typically manages two gardens. Some gardens just require a 'polish' - others almost need total clearance, with arm thick brambles etc!
This often makes all the difference for the owner between the garden being a pleasure and a real burden, and this is what we really want to do: make a difference!

Notes
We do this in partnership with the Adur Homefront organisation. We are very happy to recognise all their hard work - sorting out those who need this help, organising suitable people to visit and providing many tools on the day
